Core Program Rules

Every client will agree to attend and participate in all scheduled programs and appointments.

Our program does not support the use of distribution of any unauthorized substances during any phase of the treatment process.

Every client is to take a non-judgmental approach and will respect everyone’s individuality. This is regardless of age, race, gender, sexual orientation, or spiritual/religious views.

Every client will have restricted access to their cell phone during the treatment process.

There is no outside food/drink allowed in the Centre. Meals will be provided with additional snacks throughout the day. Attendance at these meals is required.

Forming or engaging in exclusive, romantic, or sexual relationships with peers, staff, students, or volunteers while a resident of our programs is not permitted.

Smoking will be permitted in a designated smoking area. Vaping will not be permitted.

There will be a stabilization period without any visitors. Any visits after the stabilization period will be off-site and authorized by staff.

Clothing attire should be comfortable, casual, and seasonal appropriate clothing. T-shirt, sweatshirt, jeans, leggings, and sneakers are appropriate. Avoid inflammatory or otherwise offensive graphic T-shirt or brands that advertise alcohol, drugs or sexually suggestive messages. No hats or sunglasses are permitted indoors.

We promote an anti-violence and anti-harassment environment with respect for one another and the facility. Any violence, threatening, intimidation, hostility, harassment, bullying or inappropriate behaviours towards self or others will result in immediate action which may lead to disciplinary consequences.
