Getting Off to the Right Start – International Focus
Join representatives from the Canadore Admissions office to learn about the Admissions and Registration process to the North Bay and Parry Sound campuses from the International Student perspective. Students will find out how to register for classes, what to do if they encounter difficulties during registration. Our International Student Services Coordinator will also share some general information about the International Student Health Plan.
Getting Off to the Right Start - Domestic Focus
Join representatives from Admissions, Financial Aid, and Pathways to learn everything you need to know for a smooth start to the year. Topics covered will include how to register for your classes, funding opportunities available, and transfer credit options. We will also have information about the Domestic Student Health plan.
Ask A Student
In this student-focused session, you will get the chance to meet your fellow Panthers and find out everything you want to know about the First Year Experience - from students who have successfully completed their first year (or more) at Canadore.
Be Canadore Ready
Have questions about starting College but don't know where to start? Canadore is here to answer the questions you didn't even know you should ask. Parking passes, Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), preferred name changes, academic accommodations and more - we're here to share all you need to know about Canadore, before you even set foot on campus.
International Students Pre-Departure Session - July 2024
Join us as we touch on several key areas that will help international students be better prepared for travel/study in Canada (including providing an introduction to Canadore College, discussing travel-related matters, accommodation, and registration-related matters).
